All sales are final. Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or personal preference once an order has been processed. This policy ensures the safety and quality standards of the products we deliver to our community.
Damages and Issues
We want to ensure you have a premium experience. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@nualife.co.
In these specific cases, we will evaluate the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item in your email.
Exceptions

Sale Items & Gift Cards: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

EU Customers: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund, provided the item is unopened, unused, and the original seal is intact.
